You will manage your territory as a recently ordained knight, and the Emperor will evaluate your development each year to promote you.
The game is a peace oriented game, with only bandits and beasts to harass, and no hostile/competing forces to farm with.
Housing and population: having enough space for housing allows for births and migration.
Production and labor: only adults participate in the labor force, and insufficient labor is less productive
Army and Soldiers: Recruitment of soldiers is from the adult population and the labor force is reduced accordingly.
Bandits and Beasts: Bandits and Beasts will attack your production buildings and disrupt production, you can send teams to defeat the bandits/beasts.
Ruins: Ruins occasionally appear on the map, send your party to explore them for rewards.
